This was taken from an interview by a youth who shared her story with us, on her encounter with being bi-polar. She personally experienced extreme highs and lows that could have resulted in a worsened mental condition had she not received help earlier.

Welcome to Photovoice with Chat. This is a constant on going project that is in collaboration with our team from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and CHAT!.

We will be uploading pictures in relation to Youth Mental Health problems and also in relation to any stories that we know about with a short excerpt from the story itself. The objectives of this project is to raise awareness of youth mental problems and to show you a piece of how life would be if you face these problems through pictures.

Through our site we also hope that you will be able to find the help you require and to also help erase the stigma faced by those who have such problems.
